Laborer - Multiple Positions Available
Description: Under direct supervision, the Laborer will assist with the maintenance of the buildings and surrounding areas associated with Athletics.
Qualifications :
Duties and Responsibilities:
• General cleaning, included but not limited to: offices, lavatories, waste/recycle removal, public areas.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred; Vocational or technical training preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of work experience is preferred.
Skills:
• Ability to be active for 8 hours of walking.
• Ability to stand, lift, and have good balance.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral/written instructions.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to do the following: high dusting, vacuuming, wet mopping, trash removal, stairwell cleaning, snow shoveling, window washing, lavatory cleaning, etc.
• Ability to work weekends, home football game dates, and have open availability.
• Understanding of chemicals, supplies, and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, have good balance, and be able to lift 50 lbs is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License
