Job Description Summary
The Non-Latin Cataloging Assistant will assist with Non-Latin materials cataloging duties and backlog management. Creates and barcodes inventory for unprocessed items by using spreadsheets, Alma and OCLC. Transports carts of books between storage areas and Global Studies Technical Services office spaces throughout the Van Pelt Library spaces. Unpacks boxes of books up to 50 lbs (some lifting required), verifies contents against packing lists, and arranges books on storage shelves. Assists with other duties assigned.
