Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and develop effective sales strategies to accomplish the set goals
• Must be able to build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within the sales territory
• Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed
• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales and increase profitability
•Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials
• Research competitors’ products / marketing / sales techniques to keep abreast of the latest market trends and conditions
• Communicate regularly with other fellow managers, CSR’s and operations team members to ensure open and consistent communication
• Strive to achieve 100% of the goals outlined for that specific territory
• Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer contacts, expenses and mileage reports
• Establish, manage and track KPI’s
• Travel
• Know and adhere to Company Procedures and Policies

Skills required:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field are highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to adapt to software changes as needed
• Ability to self-motivate, and multitask
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of budgets and P/L statements
• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skill set
Environment: Office/Outside/Travel – possible overnight stays
This position requires regular travel across the state of Florida. A company car, company phone, company laptop and company iPad will be provided.
Pay range: $60,000-65,000 per year
