Primary Responsibilities
- Drives campus shuttle routes, following scheduled arrival and departure time on a fixed route.
- Records boarding and alighting logs.
- Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections; record and report minor mechanical diagnostics
- Maintain a Class C Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Possess, at least, a Class C Commercial Driver's License and either have or be willing to test for a Passenger Endorsement; or willingness and ability to train and test for a Class C Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger Endorsement.
- Physical ability to assist all passengers during emergency evacuation of the bus with or without accommodations
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass random drug screens
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
