Part-Time Instructor of Economics
James Madison University invites applications for the position of Part-Time Instructor of Economics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties include teaching two 3-credit sections of Introduction to Macroeconomics using Departmentally adopted objectives with a standard textbook and assessment materials. Scheduling is flexible but will generally involve early morning or mid-afternoon class meeting times. These classes will meet 100 percent in person, with online delivery limited to supplementary or optional content.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in economics or related discipline and teaching experience at the post-secondary level is required. MBA or PhD in Economics preferred.
