Position Purpose
The Manager of eLearning for Educators is responsible for the operation and management of eLearning for Educators—a statewide Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) Special Education state needs project. The project provides statewide access to affordable online professional development designed to support K-12 educators statewide in serving students with disabilities.
This is a full-time, overtime-exempt project position on the Olympia campus of The Evergreen State College. This position is an "at-will" appointment, exempt from Washington State Civil Service rules and the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime requirements. This project position is currently funded through August 31, 2020 with continuation anticipated beyond that date. Funding for this project has been renewed continuously since 1997.
Salary and Benefits: $6,004 – $6,504 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
