We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Service Call Management: Answer and schedule service calls, including maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: Manage service invoicing and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This is a critical component of the role.
- Customer Service: Acquire new clients, manage client experiences and expectations, and resolve conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate spa deliveries, site inspections, and other service-related activities. Plan opening schedules, track client sign-ups, and maintain accurate records to ensure proper payment and service delivery.
- Contract Management: Create and update service contracts, ensuring all forms are accurate and promptly sent to clients.
- Inventory Management: Order parts, monitor inventory, and track the status of parts to ensure timely availability.
- Field Work: Occasionally perform in-field tasks such as delivering items, taking photos, or meeting with clients. This role primarily involves office work with some PR responsibilities.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance to ensure all service vehicles are in optimal condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Departmental Support: Understand how the service department integrates with and supports other departments within the company.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Profitability Focus: Demonstrated concern for the profitability of the service department, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Teamwork: Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and within an office setting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Diplomatic and professional communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a service department.
