Residential Housework and Yard Care

We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to join our team as a Residential Housecleaner and Yard Care Worker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are kept clean and their yards well-maintained. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

1. Perform thorough cleaning tasks in clients' homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
2. Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding gardens, and removing debris.
3. Ensure all cleaning and yard care tasks are completed to high standards and in a timely manner.
4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning and yard care needs.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
7. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.
8. Complete background check requirements and provide reliable transportation to job sites.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in residential cleaning and/or yard care preferred, but not required.
2. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
4. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
5. Must pass a background check prior to employment.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
7. Physical stamina to perform cleaning and yard care tasks, including lifting and bending.
8. Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $15 per hour
• Raises given according to performance and quality of work
