We provide the very latest enzyme technology and custom formulations to our customers from around the world in a large range of industries including industrial, food, agriculture markets. We are hiring for a Customer Service representative. Must be reliable, punctual, detail oriented, organized and have excellent phone skills. Strong computer and math skills are required to process customer orders. Responsibilities include responding to customer's emails, answering calls, receiving/processing orders, resolving customer issues. Must be able to work individually and within a team.
