Are you technically savvy with excellent problem-solving skills? B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Associate to join our IT team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users via phone, email, or in-person
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
